2011 is coming to a close, which is like woah to me as it felt like time passed so by quickly. I like to say it has been an okay year. Quite a bit of ups and down at my end but I feel I have changed a lot and thought things in different perspectives now. I'm also grateful for the several new friends I gained in both the FMA and Pokemon fandom. Love you all, guys! I don't usually do New Years resolution, but for next year I want to improve my writing skills more and to at least get some personal stuff done/figure out. Here's to hoping 2012 is great!

Favorite:
Oh, tough one. I guess I'm going to have to say These Scars We've Earned because I think that's the best Roy/Riza story I have done sex scene included, LOL.

Best:
If talking about best received, Not Enough Time. Ha, this was written before the announcement of Roy and Riza not going to get married due to military regulations, but I still think this might happen if the two settled down and Riza telling the baby news to Roy, haha.

Most underappreciated by the universe:
I actually wrote one Homestuck fic, Making Conversation. However, it's pretty much a retelling of one of the updates in John's POV, so it's understandable it's unappreciated, lol.

Most fun to write:
Hm, perhaps Down the Road because it's my first chaptered fic in a while since Nothing, Everything, so it felt good writing longer fic. My other

fmabigbang fic I'll be posting next year I had a blast writing too because I get to showcase Roy's dorkiness. LOOK FORWARD TO THAT, FOLKS.

Sexiest:
These Scars We've Earned, even though the sex didn't happen until at the end, haha. Also, I may or may not have a kink over scars. I blame Dennis Lehane. D:

Oh man, don't get me started on Like a Radio Drama. So many mistakes on Roy's blindness, the characterization is all wrong on both Roy and Riza, and a whole bunch of cliches. It's like a fifteen year old on a sugar high wrote it. -_-

Fic that shifted my own perception of the characters:

fmabigbang fic, Chasing the Desert, made me think differently over Roy, Riza, and several other characters. Roy is still a dork, though! :P There's also my Pokemon fic Quiet Admiration as it made me think a bit more of Red and Daisy.

Hardest to do:
Going to have to say Chasing the Desert as there are a few political stuff going on and I hope to not mess those up. My beta has been very awesome giving me pointers how to fix those so far. Hopefully I hear back from her soon as she seemed to be MIA. D:

Biggest surprise:
Baby Blues. A bit shocked over how the end result of the story turned out, hehe. Oh, and Snowed In made me have a soft spot over Riza/Briggs Doctor now, LOL.

Most telling:
I guess my three fics Drifting Apart, Say My Name, and These Scars We've Earned reveal a bit how I think Roy and Riza's relationship got started and developed. I think I'm the only one that have this headcanon. D<

Looking back, did you write more fic than you thought you would this year, less, or about what you'd predicted?:
I thought I would write less as I got a volunteer job and real life suddenly became hectic. I managed to write quite a bit more than I expected, but at the same time there were still some writing projects I haven't managed to get to.

What pairing/genre/fandom did you write that you would never have predicted in January?:
John/Rose from Making Conversation as I haven't thought about doing a Homestuck pairing until Suzume gave me a prompt related to them.

Did you take any writing risks this year? (See above for unexpected pairings, etc.):
Took a risk with blind!Roy in Like a Radio Drama. Again, TOTAL FAIL. You can also say I took a risk with my Pokemon fic Slumber Party. I haven't gotten much into Pokemon Black, but I read N's article on Bulbapedia and had been watching walkthroughs on YouTube, so I can make some sense over his personality.
