I think I might regret this later

So, a while back I made a new NaaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) account with the intention of finally trying it out this year. What project am I going to be doing? I'm actually going to be doing two short ones.
First project- Chasing the Desert
The first project is my
fmabigbang story Chasing the Desert, which is going to be of Roy and Riza dealing with the rebuilding of Ishval and then bad stuff happens to them, heh. I already have the story more or less planned out and figured overall the story will have nine chapters. So far I got the first three chapters done, working on the fourth (OH GAWDS, POLITICAL TALKS AND THE CHAPTER'S ENDING SCENE I PLAN TO USE @_@), got fifth done, and had some of (what could be) the eight chapter written. For October I plan to get the fourth and eight chapter done so that for NaNo I'll write chapters 6,7, and 9.
...Okay, you guys are probably thinking, wow Bay you're being very productive the pass August and September. LOL, well nope. I actually started Chasing the Desert since late April while finishing up on a million other short projects, so that's how I got a chunk of it done. July that's when I have an idea how I'll work out the plot of the story. August and September I was finishing up the second chapter and got done with the third. x_x
Second project- 1:10 to Central
The second project will also be FMA and it's the second
help_japan story I had been delaying for several months after doing a huge mistake of the prompt on my first attempt writing it. 1:10 to Central is basically goign to be an AU of one part of the timeline in the manga and Brotherhood anime. I have some scenes thought out, but I'm going still need to sit down and plan out more of the plot before NaNo hits so that I don't get stuck with this story.
So yeah, in short I plan to finish my
fmabigbang and write my
help_japan fic for this year's NaNo. I'm actually thinking a rough estimate of the word count will be 25,000 words, half of NaNo's 50,000 word count. That's fine with me since all I really care about accomplishing is getting those two projects done. And yes I'm cheating but I don't care. :P I just hope I won't cringe over editing them in December...D:
If any of you guys plan to join this year's NaNoWriMo, here's my profile and you can have me as your writing buddy there. If you guys did that, let me know so that I can add you as a writing buddy back!
dragon_infusion, you need to explain more what your plans for NaNo are at the BBS!
Before I go, something funny real quick I want to share. After I posted my
springkink story These Scars We've Earned last week, can't help but be reminded of this pic
hayaaateuh reblogged over at Tumblr, which is a crack deleted scene of the Roy and Lust fight. YAY, FANSERVICE! XD; Oh Riza, that's why I love you. :3 Too bad that scar on Roy wasn't shown. :x
